Hello and a warm welcome to our website! The Cecilia Consort is a jewel in Newbury's choral crown.

2020 has been an interesting year for everyone, ourselves included. Cecilia is turning 30! We were meant to mark the occasion with a winter celebration concert in Douai Abbey, until Covid intervened. I was really looking forward to seeing many of our old friends and supporters - you have all played your part to keep us going in style. Here's hoping 2021 will allow us to meet with all of you and make some beautiful music together again.

I am incredibly proud still to be at the helm of this wonderful group. We rely entirely on choir and audience members to stay afloat, so we'd be so grateful if you had a moment to visit our Support page to see how you can help keep us humming along!
